Job Description

WiZiX Technology Group, Inc is hiring a B2B Sales Representatives for the sales team in our Central Valley HQ Office, located in Fresno, CA.

Our Business Advisors are excited by the idea of getting out from behind a desk, getting in front of clients and prospects and experiencing the world of business firsthand. We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates who take pride in the measurable results of their work— from savings in their clients’ bottom line and individual contributions to the sales team goals. They desire constant learning and development and will be able to manage themselves and their time very effectively.

Our Business Advisors are responsible for developing new business in their territory, as well as managing current accounts and coordinating complex projects.

Professional development and education are staples of the WiZiX culture. Through WiZiX University and Partnership Classes, Business Advisors will receive some of the best training in the industry. WiZiX University begins at onboarding with our online classroom, in which Business Advisors will learn the Steps of the Sale, Prospecting Strategies, Follow-Up Strategies, Closing Strategies and more. New Business Advisors will also begin training on our product lines with online classes and webinars.

Throughout the Business Advisors’ first year to advance sales process mastery, sales skills and solution expertise to springboard them to their highest potential they will continue to collect certifications within WiZiX University and participate in WiZiX Partners’ trainings and classes. In years following, they will receive ongoing technical training and partake in high-level trainings and webinars with WiZiX Partners.

  • Manage assigned territory
  • Prospect via cold calling and phone calls for new business development
  • You will learn and demonstrate the benefits of all WiZiX's products, services, and solutions to your clients
  • Manage accounts and design appropriate solution based on clients' needs
  • Coordinate projects effectively
  • Conduct solutions and technology demonstrations
  • Write proposals and negotiate terms of contracts
  • Measure and report the ROI of efforts
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
