Meaningful Work

This position is responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure for clients in the financial, healthcare, and small business markets. It consists of resolving day-to-day IT support issues as well as larger deployments and projects. You will be expected to have a solid technical foundation and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Promptly addressing incoming support tickets

  • Assisting colleagues as needed

  • Diligent communication with clients and colleagues

  • Diligent follow-through of support tickets from creation to completion

  • Meeting billable hour goals

  • Traveling 50%-100% of the week with day visits to clients in Connecticut

Must Haves

  • AS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing remote or in-person IT support

  • Experience with current versions of Microsoft Windows

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

  • Experience with network, database, and hardware/software architecture

  • Ability to translate technical terminology into practical terms for management and clients

  • Efficient troubleshooting skills

  • Confidence and professionalism


  • Experience in professional consulting services

  • BA, BS degree in relevant field

  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.)

  • Experience providing in-person IT support

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange

  • Desire to pursue and obtain relevant higher education or certifications
