Whitesboro Senior Care Center has an exciting position open for a Director of Human Resources. This position is responsible for all human resource functions of the organization including payroll, benefits administration, policy development and performance management. This candidate must have a strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and have time management skills to meet deadlines. The person for this position must enjoy working with the elderly in a healthcare environment.
•Two or more years' management experience in Human Resources
•Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and negotiation.
•Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
•Knowledge of human resources program development to attract, reward, and retain employees
•Knowledge of resources available for referral of employees and how to quickly handle critical situations
•Recruiting and staffing
•Performance management and improvement systems
•Compliance with regulatory concerns
•Employee orientation, development, and training programs
