Job Description

The Department of Homeland Security has deemed our industry to be an "essential service". Therefore, while others scale back or shut down completely, we continue on in business as usual. "Workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences."

DOOR-TO-DOOR Sales Manager Sought. 100% Commission. You must sell Door-To-Door Monday-Saturday May-Aug. You must recruit a team and train them to likewise sell door-to-door M-S May-Aug.

Absolutely NO: Advance, Stipend, Draw, etc.

Lack of advance/stipend/draw, etc. means that no quotas are required, as no money is given until it is earned. It also means MUCH HIGHER commissions will be paid than otherwise.

PERKS:

  • -45-67% commission on personal sales.
  • -4-8% override on team sales.
  • -Rapid advancement within the company (Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, VP of Sales are all readily available, and to be awarded based SOLELY on production and nothing else.).
  • Managers should earn $50,000+ in 4 months of selling.
  • Area Managers should earn $75,000+ in 4 months of selling.
  • Regional Managers should earn $99,000+ in 4 months of selling.
  • Pay is the 15th and last day monthly + backend payouts.
