Job Description

White Horse Village (WHV) is seeking to add a Healthcare Admissions Marketing Coordinator to our team! The primary purpose of the job is to direct the health care center’s admissions and marketing functions for healthcare facility.

  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing tours as requested
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and completing admission paperwork and coordinating all health care center admissions.
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing the services of the health care center in the external community and for maintaining occupancy in accordance with budgeted census projections.
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator maintains a tracking system for inquiries, leads and other pertinent referral statistics.
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator reviews the admission agreement with the resident and/or responsible party and obtains appropriate signatures.
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator prepares and coordinates all admission paperwork.  
  • The HC Admissions Marketing Coordinator reviews and has resident and/or responsible party sign admission paper work including resident rights, code status, advance directive, Medicare and other information in accordance with facility policy and state and federal long term care and Department of Public Welfare regulations.  


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field strongly preferred
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, other department directors, and the general public.
  • Must be knowledgeable of guidelines pertaining to retirement community administrative procedures.
  • Must be willing to work harmoniously with other personnel as well as be willing to handle residents based on what ever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
  • Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
  • Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
