Whistic’s DEIB Commitment
Whistic is a place where you can be you.
It’s impossible to separate what you do from who you are, and we don’t want you to. In fact, we want just the opposite. When Whisticians share the richness of their experiences, personal connections are deepened, new levels of collaboration are unleashed, and our product innovation accelerates. We become unstoppable.
Whistic is committed to growing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across three key dimensions:
Workforce Representation: Hiring and retaining a diverse team
Fairness: Equitable rewards, recognition, and opportunities based on merit
Inclusive Culture: Fostering an inclusive culture where differences are celebrated
Whistic is on a mission to become the Vendor Security Network where buyers and sellers establish and maintain ongoing connections, enabling faster business decisions.
Here’s how it works: When a company is seeking out a vendor that will have access to its sensitive data, that company must assess the vendor to ensure it meets certain information security thresholds. This assessment process results in cumbersome, clunky, and slow spreadsheets emailed back and forth — eating up info security resources and ultimately delaying deals.
That’s where Whistic comes in. Our market-defining platform enables security and sales teams to proactively conduct and respond to third party security assessments by streamlining and automating the process, transforming the work for companies all over the world, saving professionals valuable time, and ultimately helping to safeguard sensitive information.
Whistic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
