WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

This is a paid internship. You will receive an hourly wage of $12-15. You will gain valuable speaking and professional sales skills here with us. We will introduce you to sales enablement tech, develop an understanding of the sales process for B2B businesses, and see if you enjoy the hunt! This position will report to our Memphis, TN office. We service our clients from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every business day. We are flexible and will work around your class schedule. We are a business casual office environment. (If you don't know what that means...Yes, you can wear jeans. No, you can't wear a tie.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Intern, you will learn from and assist our entire sales & marketing team. You will help make the engine run! On the front lines of our sales process, you are responsible for filling the funnel that will ultimately produce new business. You will also have the opportunity to join sales calls, shadow reps, and attend networking events with us. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business leads through a multi-step prospecting process and see if you enjoy sales! Your efforts result in appointments for our outside sales team. You identify ideal new prospects, reach out to them, schedule initial discovery meetings, and build a pipeline by profiling. Being highly motivated, you continually work on your own professional development and find ways to improve your process. You love interacting with new people every day, find the challenge engaging, and look forward to advancing as a salesperson!
