Wheeler Staffing Partners is looking for an experienced business to business Territory Manager to develop and maintain the Indianapolis territory. Teammate should be self-motivated, have character and a drive to succeed.
• Develop existing customer relationships by providing regular value added calls and growing our market share within their business.
• Add new perspective customers and prospects in a highly competitive market
• Build relationships between the branch and sales team
• Work with regional and branch managers to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain cooperative relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction
• Serve as liaison between customers and branches to effectively solve problems and increase sales.

• Ability to communicate in English (Spanish speaking a bonus)
