-Reaching out to homeowner’s and vendors for updated certificates of insurance.
-Various administrative tasks, processing, filing, follow-ups, applying end of month payments.
-Construction of WO’s, vendor communication and scheduling, guest communication and follow up, reservation construction, cancellation, correspondence, taking payments, transferring of calls throughout day.
-Send new contract to owners via DocuSign, assist with input properties into Escapia reservation system.
-Send contract, W-9 and ACH to new vendors via DocuSign, receive and input to Escapia
-Make calls to new guests and owners on a regular basis.
-Respond to all VRBO reviews.
-Handling of any invoicing discrepancies, statements, and late payments.
-Send copy of ACH direct deposit to vendor.
-Email hard copies to AP weekly and by the 6th of every month, forward any emails sent directly to Off. Asst.
-Apply owner, reservation and CSA payments Make copies to file, processing deposit slips for weekly deposits. Maintaining bank deposit spreadsheet and follow up with confirmation sent on Mondays to bookkeeper.
-Print checks when requested for accounting, process check refund requests for reservations.
-Receive checks from accounts payable e-mail, make copies, mail out, stamp date mailed to copy, file.
-Send new contract to owner and assist with input properties into Escapia reservations systems.
-Send contract, W-9 and ACH to new vendors via DocuSign, receive and input to Escapia.
-Take reservations as needed.
-Order office supplies to include stamps, envelopes and holiday cards, upkeep printer
