Fundraising Manager (FRM) role - Office-based/Plymouth, Massachusetts
Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) is seeking an ocean-loving go-getter to continue the strategic growth in our small-but-mighty office in this newly-created position.

Overview:
The Fundraising Manager will grow and manage annual revenue through multiple channels and platforms, as well as oversee the development, delivery, and management of WDC's campaigns, marketing, and communications efforts. The primary revenue stream is through our e-commerce donation platform, enhanced through a $40,000/month Google Adwords grant. Additional revenue channels include Matching Gifts, Corporate Partnerships, Events, and Planned Giving.

Role responsibilities:
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for all of WDC’s revenue streams and optimizing the platforms and processes that sustain our program work. They will create a fundraising and marketing plan each year that will be executed with the support of a Philanthropy Officer/Grants Manager, Office Manager, and Communication team. They use reports and data to regularly analyze the performance of each stream, and take action to correct course when needed.
The Fundraising Manager (FRM) will be responsible for creating and meeting annual budget targets, integrating fundraising strategies seamlessly into all programs and communications, and helping all staff members view fundraising as an integral part of their job in order to deliver our impactful programs.
A typical day might include reviewing reports with the team to improve the Donor experience, connecting with long-term or VIP donors on the phone or email, meeting with our marketing agency to plan for the next season's Google Ad campaign, and working with the Comms team to plan and create the quarter's fundraising social posts.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of previous experience working in sales, e-commerce management, fundraising, or marketing. Experience with a nonprofit is preferable.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
- Experience managing budgets $500k - $1M preferred
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
