We are looking for someone with a passion for Sales and would like to build their business to join our team. With your strongly developed interpersonal skills to increase agency sales using proven sales techniques, you will be able to earn uncapped income, with the only limitation being the ones you put on yourself. As an insurance consultant you will be assisting clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs, preferences and budgets.


  • Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
  • Present and write insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
  • Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way.
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Find and recruit key talent to help grow our company
  • Attend and Speak at Regional and National Events
  • Lead weekly team training calls
  • Track team progress
  • Personal Development is a MUST - We are looking for someone who spends a minimum of 30 minutes/day on personal development so that you have what it takes to develop others!

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, customer service or other related fields a plus, but not necessary. Full Training is provided.
  • Must have a Life Insurance Producer License (or willing to get license)
  • Ability to build rapport with others
  • Must be willing to learn new skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to problem solve and work on processes that will help with overall team success
  • Proficient In Word, Excel, Power-point
  • Marketing/Social Media skills a plus
  • Strong level of integrity in the workplace
