Senior Lead, Learning (Management and Leadership Development)

The We Company is looking for a Senior Lead, Learning to join the Management and Leadership Development Learning Team to help execute on the learning roadmap for our people managers to scale and support The We Company's growth. The Senior Lead a highly proactive, self-motivator who is skilled in all elements of program management and has a passion for developing managers.

About You:

You are a credible and passionate leader and can establish yourself as a critical resource for leaders and their teams at The We Company. You are highly skilled in all elements of program management, including creating optimal program structures to maximize learning outcomes, scaling global programs, and evaluating impact. You're a proven project manager who is nimble and able to skillfully balance the multiple and ever-evolving priorities of a high-growth organization. You're an exceptional relationship builder and able to communicate effectively across global teams. You have an eye for design and are able to create engaging marketing collateral to drive engagement

POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES :

  • Partner with Learning teammates to drive the planning and implementation of global manager development programs

  • Support end-to-end program operations including budget, program delivery, evaluation of business impact

  • Lead the development of marketing collateral for each global program; design branded materials that support program effectiveness and drive engagement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project management, including creating and monitoring milestones, prioritizing initiatives, and developing appropriate cadence of informing stakeholders

  • Graphic design and program marketing, building collateral for global management programs

  • Vendor management, including sourcing, evaluating cost with scale in mind, and quality assurance

  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously optimizing process and experience for our learners.

Requirements:

  • +2 years within the Learning and Development space

  • Highly organized and able to project manage multiple stakeholders

  • Graphic design in Google Suite a plus

  • Self-driven and persistent; able to achieve lofty goals alongside team

  • Exceptional written + oral communication skills

  • Team-oriented and up for anything

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Have a "can do" attitude as well as being able to wear multiple hats
