Job Description

 

Our Internal Sales Representatives are individuals with the vision and dedication needed to assist our current and future dealer partners sell more cars and trucks by financing more customers. This is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement.

As a Sales Representative with Westlake Financial, you will be educating and training dealers from our strategic partners (AutoNation, Penske, etc.), along with acquiring new source and contacts from these partner groups. You will manage and consult in all sales activities and account development for those dealers within the area assigned. You will also manage quality and consistency of sales product knowledge and service delivery – helping to approve auto loans and following the loans through the funding process. Position offers guaranteed competitive salary for 6 months as commission base grows.

Detailed Description:

DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES (includes, but not limited to)

➢ Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Strategic Franchise Dealerships via phone.
➢ Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you
➢ Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from newly signed Strategic Franchise dealers
➢ Prepare presentations and proposals for all levels of management within the Franchise dealership groups
➢ Develop, maintain and grow current client and potential client relationships within the Strategic franchise dealer communities
➢ Remain in Constant communication with Strategic Franchise dealers on current promotions, marketing information, and training documents
➢ Train dealers on proper documentation needed for fast-funding of contract

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES
➢ Microsoft Teams / Zoom / WebEx, etc.

➢ Ability to persuade and influence others over the phone, via email, or web-based calls
➢ Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)
➢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
➢ Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and phone/web-based sales techniques
➢ Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
➢ Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology

EDUCATION
➢ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred

EXPERIENCE
➢ Automotive, Finance and Sales Experience required. Automotive Dealership experience preferred, with Finance Department experience a plus.
➢ Previous Outside Sales Experience; preferred
➢ Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook); required
