The Coordinator- Client Services is responsible for the successful coordination and administration of all assigned Specialty Leasing and Brand Ventures sales, experiential and media campaigns at URW's Sacramento based center - Galleria at Roseville. The Coordinator- Client Services will actively support new business opportunities for the Brand Ventures and Specialty Leasing teams. Strong organizational, administrative, communicative and inter-personal skills are required.
Job responsibilities include:
Serve as the Shopping Center's primary point of contact for the planning, coordination and execution of all Brand Ventures and Specialty Leasing opportunities as assigned.
Strong, proactive local stewardship of all assigned accounts with a focus on successfully executing all contracted programs. Professionally represent both Brand Ventures and Specialty Leasing in all interactions. Support new local and regional business opportunities.
Foster new and maintain existing client, vendor and center relationships
Work in tandem with clients, Shopping Center Management, Client Services, Operations and Specialty Leasing Sales to successfully execute all new programs.
This role requires a commitment to support the client and requires consistent communication and excellent problem solving skills.
Local Lead Generation
Responsible for inside lead generation activity including actively researching local and regional new business opportunities.
Support incremental revenue opportunities with Center retailers and tenants.
Support renewal opportunities.
Local Inventory Coordination: Brand Ventures and Specialty Leasing represents a wide variety of Media, Experiential Marketing, and Short Term Leasing inventory. The Coordinator- Client Services will play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity at assigned center(s).
Responsible for maintaining local inventory integrity, alerting Brand Ventures or Specialty Leasing corporate pyramids as needed to any changes in the status of budgeted spaces, with follow through to ensure that any inaccuracies are corrected on master plans.
Be aware and up to date on all permanent leasing, marketing and immediate trade area activity in order to share to prospective retailers.
Work with Center Team and Brand Ventures Operations to ensure that all inventory is fully operational and ready to sell.
