Better requires process, discipline, andsimplification
We'll be looking for
you to join our highly skilled settlement and revenue accounting team. You will
do a complex monthly close, and you will analyze issues with derivatives,
revenue, SOX, and foreign currency. You will also analyze complex financial
reports and make recommendations on accounting issues & controls, and you
will help test and assess new accounting systems. As an experienced member of
the team, you will also be asked to support and direct others.
For such a detail-oriented
role, you will have 3-5 years of GAAP Accounting experience, with an emphasis
on FX and revenue accounting preferred. You will be a strong self-starter,
motivated to learn new systems, methods, and accounting topics. You will have
detailed accounting systems experience, and be comfortable learning new systems
and giving recommendations on using them more effectively. You will also have
experience with specific tools like Excel, and at least one ERP system, with
data tools such as SQL preferred but not required.
