POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision the Service Line Director - Crisis Services, this position provides day to day physical and fiscal management of the crisis house.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily functioning of the facility -purchasing supplies (office, food, maintenance, approving purchase of medications, etc), food, monitoring meal plan, & plan implementation in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor) Ensuring the physical facility is in good working order and maintenance is scheduled as needed Ensure Fire Drills are completed and documented as required for licensureStaff scheduling / monitoring/ non-clinical supervision; (FT, PT, relief)Approve CSW timesheets and time off requestsActively facilitate the hiring of CSWs, working with Human ResourcesCompletion of performance evaluations; corrective actions; and other personnel activities for CSWsProgram specific training for CSW staff is implemented and ensured completed as required by... licensureManage the administrative needs of CRT paperwork and linkage to court for ED hearings and inform CRT team of upcoming hearings and track CRT covering the hearingsOversee Billing process and ensure administrative aspects of the billing are completedComplete chart audits in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor Facilitate staff meetings in conjunction with the Clinical SupervisorConsult and coordinate with other programs (OP, Med Providers, DIC, ACM, etc) as client's transition or program needs ariseParticipate in meetings with community partners in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor.Demonstrates professional appearance and hygiene in accordance with established workplace cultureExcellent oral and written communication skillsResponsive to client and co-worker needs, including being tactful, respectful and considerate of others regardless of their status Manages difficult customer situations in a professional manner Exhibits sound and accurate judgmentDemonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment Respond to management direction, follows instructions and completes work in a timely manner Takes personal responsibility for own actions, keeping commitments and asking for and offering help when neededObserves safety and security procedures and reports any potentially unsafe conditions Is consistently at work and on time and ensures work responsibilities are covered when absentCover any shifts that may not be covered by other employees (ex. Call in sick) Other tasks assigned by supervisorEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Must have a Bachelor's Degree in counseling or a related behavioral science field.
One year of progressively responsible experience working with individuals in community behavioral health setting or equivalent.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to pass background check and driver's license check upon offer of employment.Must have valid Montana Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western's policies.
