We are the oldest showroom in the United States but are a small tight-knit group. Join a team that cares!
No experience is necessary! Folks who enjoy talking to people or, have experience or a feel for interior design are preferable and tend to do well in this role.
We offer paid vacation as well as a Healthcare allowance and a phone allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
