Administrative Assistant - Part-Time

The position of WCSPP Administrative Assistant is a part-time position (10-15 hours per week with occasional evening hours) requiring strong computer skills ,administrative skills, and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant should have a warm, welcoming, open demeanor both in person and on the telephone. We are flexible for 2, 3, or 4 work days to complete the hours

Specific qualification for this position include: strong, up to date computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); multi-tasking; ability to give support to multiple professionals; demonstrated bookkeeping with QuickBooks; project management skills; strong customer service skills; comfortable learning new software products; and the ability to complete other administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, document scanning, telephone support, and faxing documents,

Responsibilities: data organization, bookkeeping, general administrative assistance, event planning & execution. Other duties as requested/assigned.
