Westbridge Capital is a private equity firm specializing in acquisitions of mature companies.
We are focused on the important work of providing investment dollars to entrepreneurs who are looking to the future: retirement planning, succession planning, and thereby ensuring a stable future for the team of people they have worked so hard to hire, train and support for years.
We often structure our investment or acquisition deals as equity partnerships, to ensure a long-term alignment of interests between the 2 companies involved. We focus on quality of management and stability of earnings. Our unique model allows us to provide liquidity to an underserved market, benefiting both owners and management.
Our criteria for partners focus on quality of management and stability of earnings. We are industry agnostic but tend to focus on more predictable industries. We tend to focus on organizations with long and stable profitability histories, with an eye to sustaining their performance.
Located from your home office in the Vancouver or Toronto Area and reporting to the Senior Vice-President and Sales Manager, you are a self-motivated, customer-centric salesperson who gets a thrill from structuring the best possible investment and acquisition opportunities!
In growing your book of business, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing the deal flow of acquisitions and investment partnerships with entrepreneurs who are ready to have a serious conversation about the next step for their business.
