Job Description

Westaff has an Immediate opening for an Customer Service Rep that has experience working in a Manufacturing environment! 

Excellent Pay based on experience

FT, Temp to perm opening

Responsibilities of our Customer Service Rep: 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt assistance by answering incoming customer calls and emails, providing accurate information regarding orders, price quotations, delivery, expedites and all other inquiries.  
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Customer service duties, including: assisting in new customer account set up process, change in account process, generating and distributing open status reports for key accounts, and new part number set up process.
  • Contract review which includes receiving, reviewing, entering, and changing customer orders with accuracy. 
  • Issue return authorization, providing status on returns, and issuing credits
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to customer orders, inquiries, pricing, and all communications.
  • Approve and deny customer credit requests.
  • Meet of Key Performance Indicator targets.

Qualifications of the ideal Customer Service Rep: 

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related Customer Service experience from within a manufacturing environment   OR High School Degree and 5 plus years of Customer Service experience.
  • Professional phone and email mannerism are vital.
  • Exceptionable follow through, ability to prioritize, as well as excellent written and verbal skills are essential.  T
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
