Westaff is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Rocky Hill
This position is : Temp / Temp to Perm
Full time, Monday through Friday 8 hours / day, with some OT as needed
Pay rate: $16/hr

Responsibilities

  • Enters a high volume of data quickly and accurately into proprietary software/operating platform.
  • Answers and directs incoming callers on the main Customer Service telephone line.
  • Assists incoming callers with basic support – escalates complex issues to Relocation Coordinators / Management.
  • Communicates with prospective customers by providing price quotes, scheduling and booking shipments.
  • Communicates with Operations & suppliers to ensure scheduling compliance.
  • Provides overall support to the Customer Service team as required.

Qualifications for the Customer Account Specialist / Relocation Coordinator

  • Fast and accurate data entry & typing skills (40-50wpm)
  • Excellent and proven customer service skills
  • Computer savvy- will learn company specific system
  • High attention to detail
  • Speaks clearly and demonstrates a professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task while completing assigned tasks
  • Excellent attendance
  • ****** The candidate for this position cannot take any time off during the busy season, which is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Other time off is on a case by case basis.
