Job Description

As our nationwide growth accelerates as, our remote Business Systems team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by aggressively implementing new systems and custom applications to achieve unparalleled success in serving our customers and optimizing our business.

As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by executing and refining the Business Systems QA process. You will report directly to the Business Systems Quality Assurance Manager and be accountable to our Business Systems Project Managers, and other systems administration and support professionals.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

· Execute functional and non-functional testing as assigned and tracked within Jira

· Create and update system documentation including configuration changes, functional designs, test cases and deployment plans

· Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications, have sufficient test coverage, and meet compliance requirements

· Collaborate with the Business Systems Product team, internal stakeholders and external vendors by attending standups and meetings to develop targeted test cases and user acceptance criteria

· Contribute to, define, and deploy improvements to testing and quality processes spanning Business Systems Development Operations

· Collaborate with a dedicated team of testers, admins and developers on best practices for QA

What It Takes to Succeed

· Experience in Salesforce quality assurance, functional and structural testing

· Working knowledge of integration, load, and user acceptance testing

· Prior experience working within Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments

· Demonstrated ability working independently and as part of a product/project team

· Salesforce.com Administration certification strongly preferred, or obtained within 6 months

· Familiarity with creating Salesforce custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, flows, process builders, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email templates according to application requirements

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $75,000 per year to $110,000 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
