Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Days & Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm After a 90-day trial and only when needed.

Daily Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Provide quotes
  • Type up order forms
  • Route deliveries
  • Take payments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work as a team player
  • Minimum of High school Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs a week
  • Basic math skills
  • Experiences with a multi-line phone system
  • Basic computer skills
  • Operate a scanner, printer, fax machine, and 10 key calculator
