Job Description
We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. $55,000 + at plan earning

Responsibilities:
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities

  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails from company lead generation. Keep database organized and complete follow up tasks 
  • Follow up with leads by phone, email and text and track correspondence in the CRM 
  • Communicate the value of our real estate team quickly and succinctly 
  • Apply your time efficiently and towards the highest-revenue generating activities 
  • Keep management updated on key prospects consistently and think strategically to convert opportunities 
  • 100% participation in weekly coaching, training and one on one sessions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Two years of previous sales experience

  • Passion for real estate and in becoming an expert in the field to more confidently help buyers and sellers with starting the process.
  • Love to talk to you on the phone.
  • Enjoy building relationships and rapport with all kinds of people.
  • Possess a positive attitude with high energy and a relentless mindset.
