COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are a consultant & brokerage firm within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) Industry with a primary focus on non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, founded in 2011.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

-       Key Account Manager for the Convenience Channel

-       This position reports directly to Partner

-       Full time position with base salary plus an aggressive monthly commission

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional based in the Cincinnati, OH market. This person will work closely with consumer package goods companies and convenience retailers throughout the U.S. This person must have a strong work ethic and accustomed to working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.   

 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

·         This position will require strong management skills and a knack for long-term relationship building. It will involve the pursuit of new customers and the ongoing management of acquired customers.

·         This person must be self-motivated and flexible on work hours to meet customers deadlines as needed.

·         This person must be comfortable participating in virtual and face to face meetings.

·         This person must have a strong desire to continue skilling-up professionally

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Five years of sales experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Direct retail experience in CPG, calling on convenience national accounts is mandatory

·         DSD (Direct Store Delivery, Beer, Juice, Water & snacks distributor) experience mandatory

·         Experience working with and through the U.S. broad liner/wholesaler networks

·         Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required

·         Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

·         Abundant sales, communication, management, and interpersonal skills

·         Exceptionally constructive organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

·         Highly detail-oriented with the ability to complete assignments both accurately and efficiently

·         Ability to travel (Monday-Friday) independently throughout the U.S. market as and when required

·         Ability to communicate in English both in written and verbal formats

·         Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & current insurance coverage

·         Willing to submit to and pass a credit and drug screening check
