If this sounds like you, then you might be a great fit to join our growing law firm as an Experienced Attorney seeking to Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and related legal matters; A successful candidate will have extensive skills and experience in complex estate planning and probate legal matters to provide functional strategies for clients, handle their caseload, and participate in mentoring of other attorneys in the firm through joint lunch and learns and daily interactions. Weisinger Law Firm is an established practice that focuses on helping people achieve peace through planning and believes in going above and beyond in treating clients with dignity and respect. We have a family-like atmosphere, but a high standard of excellence.

The ideal candidate must have high energy, able to bill a minimum of 30 hours per week while possessing the ability to develop business and obtain new clients for the firm; Job duties will include nurturing client relationships, drafting and editing documents, and corresponding with other attorneys, paralegals, and court staff. The Successful candidate will also attend Networking and Marketing Events sometimes after hours or on weekends, work as part of a team, be willing to study outside of work to advance skills, and be willing to get involved in the community.

Salary based on experience.

Required 2+ years experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship, Applicant must have or obtain certification to represent clients in Guardianship matters. Applicant Must be Board Certified or on track for Board Certification or possess additional degrees or certification, such as LLM, in corresponding practice areas.
