Why Work Here?

Work on a team with others who mutually enjoy the challenge of learning and growing their expertise!

What our employees say about working here: One of the main reasons I enjoy working here so much is because for the first time, I know I am working at a firm that truly cares about its clients. We do not look at clients as just another sales opportunity or simply a name on the file. Weisinger Law Firm consciously makes that extra effort so clients know and understand that we truly are here to help them with whatever problem they may be facing – whether its determining how best to divide their estate or walking them through the probate process. In addition, this is truly an environment where one can be mentored and educated. Charlie takes the time to invest in his attorneys so they can not only help grow the firm to increase the number of people we can help, but also for the attorney to grow individually. -CB Working at Weisinger Law Firm, PLLC has offered me the opportunity to assist clients with a wide range of estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. It has been great to directly work with clients to help resolve their issues. Not only is Charlie a great mentor, but the entire team is supportive and a pleasure to work with. -MC I have been working for the Weisinger Law Firm going on three years now, which I consider to be both a privilege and a pleasure. The integrity that is given with each individual client, as well as each employee is truly a breath of fresh air. The care and understanding that is applied in all of the processes established by Charlie and Olivia Weisinger is truly a testament of their core beliefs on how a business should be conducted. -JH My favorite thing when I first joined this firm was the opportunity for immediate client contact. It was very educational sitting in consults with Charlie to see his approach which gave me a head start when I started doing consults on my own. I also appreciate the opportunity to work closely with other talented attorneys with diverse backgrounds. The ability to draw from their experiences and to share ideas has been invaluable to me over the past year as I immerse myself in an estate planning practice. -JB Our Mission To serve families with Integrity, Consistency, and Excellence while helping them Achieve Peace Through Planning.® Our Vision Weisinger Law Firm strives to be the primary provider of Legal Services for Bexar County in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Adoption. We believe that every family can face each of these areas with dignity and peace. To that end, our vision encompasses the following five areas: Legacy, Support, Education, Charity, and Dignity. Legacy We strive to create a legacy of peace within family units. We believe that proper estate planning can help to ensure that division and strife do not invade the grieving process. Our primary goal is preservation of the family unit. We counsel families on the path to achieve Peace Through Planning.® Support Our job goes beyond the realm of legal services. Without forgetting or forgoing our duty to provide excellent legal support, we dedicate ourselves to the people that we serve. We walk hand in hand with our clients allowing them access to us through email, phone, social media, and text messaging. Our clients rely on our availability. We are committed to returning every client message timely. Charity Our commitment to charity is once again twofold. First, the community of Bexar County and the surrounding areas is very important to us. We live here, work here, and serve here. As a company, we are regularly involved in service for community efforts. Second, we believe that Estate Planning can be a great tool for affecting long-term change and progress in our city. We strive to help our clients see the benefits of gifts given by those before them. Dignity Each of our clients and their family members has a name. We learn each of those names to the best of our ability. We will take the time necessary to treat you and your loved ones with dignity and respect. Education The education part of our vision is twofold. First, we are duty bound to ensure that our clients are educated about the process that we are undertaking. We believe our clients should understand any documents they sign. Our clients should never feel hurried or reluctant to contact us. Second, as members of the community at large, we are responsible for engaging the community and conveying the importance of proper legal planning.
