Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at written and verbal communication. The role will also require knowledge of the customer service industry and best practices for the customer relationship.
Location: Glen Allen, VA
Ideal schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8am-7pm
§ Evaluating the customer experience by reviewing phone calls and email correspondence.
§ Collaborates with peers and on-site teams to develop email communications for residents
§ Creates and deploys content for external communications
§ Assists with writing and editing a broad range of content including newsletters and email announcements
§ Supporting communications team in delivering effective messages through strong writing and storytelling.
§ Assist with updating wording and graphics for various customer-facing items
§ Assist with various projects related to property management and company policies
Requirements and Experience:
§ Impeccable writing skills and extreme attention to detail.
§ Ability to take written content and turn it into something visual for a wide variety of audiences.
§ Natural storytelling skills with a gift for writing and ability to work with graphics to create compelling content that maps our solution to customer pain points.
§ Brings new thinking and best practices into their work.
§ A ton of initiative and a positive, can-do attitude
§ Understanding of top-notch customer service and ability to put themselves in the customer’s shoes.
§ Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Publisher etc.) Adobe InDesign is a plus.
§ Flexible and dependable with the ability to work on weekends (as needed).
§ Bachelor’s degree is desirable, but not required.
§ Communications or PR experience desirable
§ Property management experience desirable
