Job Description
Downtown law firm seeking litigation secretary to work in busy litigation practice group. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm environment and:
•Strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe programs
•Experience with time entry and billing software and a document management system (iManage preferred)
•Experience with e-filing in both federal and state court
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Must be able to handle pressure of multiple projects and manage time sensitive deadlines
•Must be a self-starter and take initiative
•Excellent proofreading and editing skills
