We are working with a well-established national firm that is seeking talented and career-driven Attorneys with Banking/Finance experience to join their diverse and growing practice in Dallas. They have a deep bench of talented lawyers focused on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, private equity, and day-to-day business operations.
