Full Time Customer Service Specialist

As a full Time Customer Care Specialist, a typical day may include the following:

• Priority one is handling a high volume of inbound calls from our customers and providing satisfying solutions to inquires or forwarding to the appropriate company managers who can help resolve the issue.
• Order supplies for office
• Prepare mailings
• Other general lite admin duties

Required Experience:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs and computer-based software systems
• Prefer two years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience
• A self-starter with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the passion to provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task using several Windows applications at once while assisting a customer on the phone
