A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

As a Collections Representative, you are on the front lines of our organization, interacting directly with our customers. With the firm's vision and mission in mind, you initiate outbound and receive inbound calls with our customers to discuss their accounts. You familiarize yourself with each client's account information and status in order to best serve their needs. During the call, depending on the customer's account status, you may take their information to update our records, identify reasons for delinquency, educate them on their status, secure outstanding payments, or negotiate account terms.

After your conversations, you help us stay on track by keeping detailed records of what transpired and following up with clients as necessary. You operate with professionalism and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as our office policies. You love working directly with customers to resolve their issues as well as meeting or exceeding your own goals!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of collections experience is preferred
