Job Description

We are a digital marketing agency looking for someone to generate leads for our business through cold calling/telemarketing. We have openings for both remote and in house positions. We have both part time and full time positions available. We are looking for someone who can either book appointments with our internal team, or someone who take a client from start to finish and close the deal. If you are good on the phone and think you can book appointments, we have bonus plans/commissions on top of an hourly rate that will be extremely attractive to someone who can perform.

Responsibilities: We have a specific service we are looking to sell that is extremely valuable to service
businesses. The service has only been available for around one year and most businesses
are not currently enrolled.

  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
  • Educate prospective clients on products and services
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain record of client contact information
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function in an auto-dialer that will automatically dial leads and record you.
