In collaboration with functional business leaders, business plans will be turned into design and architecture, and ultimately into system implementation and maintenance. Primary CRM platform is Salesforce, but all go to market business systems are in scope for this position.
Success in this role will be in the proactive delivery of solutions that enable and enhance the efficacy of go to market strategies. This is a remote work schedule reporting to the Sr. Director of Data and Business Systems. What You Will Own * Subject matter expert for the administration of Salesforce * Manage day-to-day technical staff in delivery of work * Provide mentorship to more junior team members * Consult with business leaders to design and implement technical business solutions * Bring expertise and best practices to key business systems * Ensure ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom dev activities as well as responsible for enhancements, upgrades, data conversations, and release updates for multiple departments * Ensure the customer journey is enabled across all business systems * Operate in a fast-paced & dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to get things done * Drive change by actively get in the weeds with your team to drive high value work * Create a roadmap based on discussions for the customer and prioritize features that will have the biggest impact on customers and on our own organization. * Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs; You seek and drive resolution of bugs/issues What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job * 8+ years professional experience working with salesforce and leading teams * Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and a data driven approach * Proficiency in software application development in the Salesforce platform * Ability to anticipate business needs and provide valuable, scalable solutions * History of managing business system cross departmental initiatives * Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies * Proven leadership and ability to develop teams * Demonstrated technical knowledge of Salesforce including certification in architecture and key platform areas (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Partner Communities, etc) * Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally * Must be self-motivated, professional and promote a positive team spirit and work environment What Will Make Us Love You * Experience leading Salesforce teams Weave is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
