We are establishing an entirely new category and POV of lingerie, a movement that we call Leisurée.

Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be sharing our LIVELY ethos and helping to build our community. We strive to deliver amazing shopping experiences both IRL and online, so as a Customer Experience Associate, this will be your specialty.

What you’ll do

  • Provide warm, energetic, elevated and empathic service through phone, chat, and email
  • Master our internal management systems to process all things order related
  • Share your fit and product expertise with customers and peers alike.
  • Think creatively to help build new processes

Who you are

  • A team player in any customer-service focused environment
  • Someone with a can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset
  • Incredibly positive, patient, and adaptable

Desired Skills + Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiar with Gorgias, Gladly or a similar platform
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of google suite
