Customer Experience Associate
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be sharing our LIVELY ethos and helping to build our community. We strive to deliver amazing shopping experiences both IRL and online, so as a Customer Experience Associate, this will be your specialty.
What you’ll do
- Provide warm, energetic, elevated and empathic service through phone, chat, and email
- Master our internal management systems to process all things order related
- Share your fit and product expertise with customers and peers alike.
- Think creatively to help build new processes

- A team player in any customer-service focused environment
- Someone with a can-do attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Incredibly positive, patient, and adaptable
Desired Skills + Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service
- Familiar with Gorgias, Gladly or a similar platform
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of google suite
