Retail Sales Associate

Hiring a talented, fashion-forward, hardworking retail professional who will be a friendly fit for our dynamic team! Responsibilities include: highly-engaging customer service; selling clothes and accessories using a point-of-sale system; receiving and tagging merchandise, following up with vendors, displaying and merchandizing products; calling on special orders; packing out-of-state sales or vendor returns.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, build relationships, and be available to assist them with their various needs

• Share product knowledge on a variety of designers/brands with customers

• Monitor inventory to ensure all product options are on floor

• Maintain store environment to be organized and visually balanced

• Enter inventory and process receiving

• Maintain customer orders and special requests

• Opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Specialist in providing sophisticated and genuine customer experiences with proven sales experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build rapport with customers and be agile in a fast-paced boutique

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Be a joyful team player -- (sales commission is team-based)

• Strong negotiation skills to uphold store policies
