Customer Service Sales Specialist

Position Components:

• Professionally uphold company policies, values and philosophy

• Seek out and follow-up on leads

• Accurately deliver information

• Walk customers through the sign-up process

• Provide information regarding monthly membership subscriptions

• Face-to-face interactions (no cold calling)

• Accurately record pay information

• Basic data entry

Necessary Skills and Qualities:

• Previous education or relevant sales/customer service experience an asset, but not necessary

• Basic technological competency

• Must be proficient in English, written and verbal

• Creative problem solving abilities

• Able to work cooperatively and independently

• Attentiveness and active listening skills

• Uphold high standards of professionalism
