Driver Recruiter - Transportation

We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting a Driver Recruiter for a fast-paced transportation company. The candidate will solicit company drivers, independent contractors, and fleet owners. This role includes training for qualified candidates and performing all necessary administrative tasks to meet established procedures and policies.

Duties:
•    Builds independent contractor fleet to serve the needs of terminals and agents within the assigned territories.
•    Finalize hiring process of Company Drivers and independent contractors.
•    Builds and maintains long-lasting and productive working relationships with driver training schools located within assigned territories.
•    Works with the corporate team to locate and recruit qualified drivers and students for the Company fleet.
•    Observes and is cognizant of misuse, abuse, and improprieties with the fleet equipment.
•    Protects the Company's best interests in assuring compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
•    Monitors recruit's transition from orientation to training to ensure the transition occurs smoothly.
•    Maintains constant contact with terminals and agents within the assigned territories, and to provide support services as directed by management.
•    Knows and understands all pay and benefit schedules for drivers and independent contractors.
•    Travels to newly signed agent terminals to gather driver and equipment data.
•    Maintains current information on other companies' benefits and hiring/recruiting programs, and to communicate this information to management.
•    Interviews and qualifies potential Company drivers and independent contractors.
•    Coordinates transportation, housing, meals, and cash advances for new recruits.
•    Offers operational and sales support as directed to ensure growth and profitability of the Company.
•    Completes all reports and itineraries required by management on a timely basis.
•    Keeps current on all legislation and industry regulations which will affect the Company.
•    Cooperates and communicates with all support departments in the Company.
•    Organizes, coordinates, and conducts job seminars, job fairs and other activities intended to attract candidates for driving positions both as Company drivers and/or independent contractors.

•    Willingness to consistently communicate to drivers.
•    An outgoing attitude to easily start conversations with drivers at truck stops, rest areas, or other locations that are frequented by truck drivers.
•    The drive to grow each day.

Salary: $50,000 to $90,000 based on experience
