About us

WayInsured.com is now in Alabama. We are a highly specialized insurance agency that functions virtually from our various US-Based Insurance Call Centers. WayInsured is comprised of energetic, forward-thinking entrepreneurs and dynamic insurance professionals.

Due to our explosive growth, Way.com is hiring right now! We need 30 licensed P&C Agents with big personalities, positive attitudes, and tech-savvy capabilities. Agents must be comfortable working within a dynamic call center environment. There is no physical contact with clients. All transactions are completed virtually.

Our Agents are happy Agents! They take live inbound calls; no purchasing of leads is required. Our closing rate is very high and our persistence levels are also impressively high.

AGENT Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls that are responding to TV ads and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Must project a friendly, knowledgable, and "can do it" attitude.
• Most calls last 30 minutes so Agent must be comfortable managing different platforms quickly as necessary.
• Solid understanding of Auto Insurance policies and the ability to translate that knowledge into exceptional customer service.
• Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm schedules with the option of working Saturdays too.

Skills

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening: All are must-have skills.
• Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Active P&C license
• Multi-lingual Agents are always needed.
