Watson Communications has an immediate opening for a Sales Professional to join our team! The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with superior communications skills. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers to obtain prospects.
- Partner with customers to understand business needs, issues, strategies to deliver solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare and present Quotes to new and current customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Develop responses to Request for Proposals.
- Follow up on requests for information.
- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and customer meetings.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales of hosted communications system, carrier services, managed IT services, and/or phone systems.
- Familiarity with business communications technology and carrier services.
- Familiarity with Unified Communications solutions, LAN/WAN solutions and VOIP is a plus.
- Ability to build a relationship with clients, excellent communication and sales skills.
- Quick to absorb and retain product knowledge, self-starter, dynamic and personable.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and CRM software.
- Solid track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas.
