Job Description

The Basic Job Duties Include:

1. Accounting

a. Invoicing – Prepare new or re-occurring client invoices each month and send out

b. Statements – Prepare a statement for past-due client invoices and send out

c. Login all incoming sub/vendor invoices into sub database and in QuickBooks

d. Enter all incoming payments into deposits database and on the client’s statement

e. Enter client invoices into deposits database

2. Timecards

a. Update timecard database each week

b. Timecard processing

3. Project Numbers

a. Maintain Job Number Database

b. Project Start-up Sheet

4. Serve as Secretary to Company President

5. Phones - Answer phones, direct callers, and take messages

6. General Office Duties

a. Maintain Office Equipment

b. Maintain Office Supplies

c. Mail, UPS, FedEx

7. Meetings

a. Set up for meetings

b. Order or pickup food for meetings

c. Prepare greetings on front T.V

8. Maintain Kitchen

a. Make Coffee

b. Empty and fill Dishwasher

c. Tidy all common use areas

d. Sanitize all commonly touched surfaces

e. Clean out fridge/freezer

Waterstone Environmental, Inc., located in Anaheim, CA, is a full-service environmental consulting firm founded in 1997 by Jeffrey V. Dagdigian, Ph.D. Waterstone employs approximately 20 environmental professionals and support staff including California-registered Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Hydrogeologists as well as scientific staff with Masters or Ph.D. degrees in geology, chemistry or toxicology. Our project managers have 20 to 30 years of experience in environmental consulting.
We routinely perform all aspects of environmental consulting including: (i) due diligence and Phase I services including estimating scope, costs, and timelines for environmental closure, (ii) Phase II site investigations to evaluate soil, soil gas, groundwater and indoor air, (iii) preparation of remedial action plans and remediation design, (iv) environmental oversight agency-required workplans and reports including liaison/negotiation with EPA, state and local agencies, (v) risk assessment and cleanup level determination, (vi) remediation of soil, soil gas, and groundwater, (vii) mitigation of indoor air, (viii) site closures, and (ix) post-closure services including remediation system and well abandonments and Soil Management Plans and grading oversight. We have performed many of our routine services on large property portfolios and/or expedited timelines dictated by escrow, legal, or other client time constraints.
