Certified Medical Internal Auditors, also known as compliance auditors, perform audits of the entire medical practice using tools provided by the practice. Speaking to External Auditors regarding the practice to convey the practices positive direction and explain actions of the practice.
Auditor will review and take actions to conform the entire medical practice to to the auditing tools used commonly by the external auditor.
Institute operations policy and and modify current policy to make correction to practice and practices actions, to bring under and maintain practice standing with in compliance with State and Federal standards, in accordance with the current compliance tools provided by the practice.
Takes all meetings reviews of clinical documents, physician billing records, administrative data, and coding records. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and maintain quality assurance.
Make recommendations, plan of installation of recommendation for implementation.
