NOW HIRING --> Licensed Practical Nurses - PM and NOC Shift
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care for residents in the assigned unit under the direction of the facility's Unit Manager and Director of Nursing and in compliance with the facility, state, and federal guidelines

- A full time, non-management employee, may elect to waive all benefits (PTO, medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD etc). If they choose to waive, they will receive 18% of their hourly wage in addition to their hourly wage
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Wisconsin or compact nursing license
- Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required
