Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Manage records, including daily data entry of all service calls, backflow tests, estimates and deposits.
• Answering phones, responding to email and social media messages for quotes and appointment requests.
• Dispatch and manage multiple plumbers schedules.
•Work at least 2 Saturdays a month from 8am to 3pm. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Be available as needed for the monitoring, answering and dispatching of after hours calls.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the customer service field
• Experience with Quickbooks is a plus, will train if necessary
• Knowledge of the southeastern Michigan area and able to read a map
• Professional, reliable, and personable
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Ability to answer and manage up to 6 phone lines.
