Summary The Sales Development Manager will manage the inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives, assisting with building a pipeline of leads for the Outside Sales Team. The role is Salaried Exempt, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. Working onsite, the schedule is 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Management of a team of both onsite and offsite Sales Development Representatives Call review and coaching for successful interactions with every dial. Management of onboarding training and ongoing training for team development in areas of product knowledge, prospecting, and persuasive conversations. Accountability for monthly performance against goal across all aspects of team performance.

Development and reporting of meaningful team metrics designed to drive success, promote healthy competition, and motivate team members. Assist with strategy for team growth. Monitor activities and performance such as call and email volume and metrics tied to opportunity creation process.

Required Qualifications/Skills: 1-2 years of related career experience managing a sales team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Professionalism, tact, attention to detail, self-organization, and consistent work ethic Education and Licensing Requirements Associate’s Degree along with relevant career experience will be considered Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred
