requires a close working relationship with Territory Managers as well as Marketing to synchronize research in conjunction with client goals and targeted campaigns. Weekly outbound call metrics, monthly pipeline generation and sales quota requirements will be tracked and, along with achievement of revenue quota goals, will be critical success metrics used to review performance.In addition to a mutually agreed upon base salary, this position qualifies for performance bonuses or commissions on all paid invoices from generated add on product sales. Written details of compensation and commission plan will be discussed with qualified applicants.Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales leads from data research and public safety alertsBuild and maintain an accurate prospect list with decision maker contactsQuickly establish a customer focused value proposition over the phone on initial contactBuild, maintain and grow pipeline of qualified prospectsFollow consultative sales approach that follows value proposition within specific stateReview and understand state statutory requirementsAccountabilitiesWork with Level 2/3 Business Consultants and Territory Managers to establish prospective agenciesCoordinate outbound call activity with targeted campaignsMaintain established number of monthly outbound prospecting callsGenerate established number of new qualified opportunitiesDocument all activity in Sugar CRMDemonstrate consistent pipeline growth of 3X quotaConsistently meet assigned sales quotaORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENTReports to the Director of SalesEnlists the support of Territory Managers, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as neededThis position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific customers and prospects.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
