The ideal candidate will support our Business Development team and report to the Director of Business Development. You will be required to have fun, become a great researcher and educate yourself on our industry and what our clients look like. You will be able to make money, but you will earn your keep.

 

What we will teach you how to do:

  • Responsible for the sales prospecting life cycle to include: identify prospects, qualify by intelligence gathering, conduct needs analysis, deliver full report to Sales Executive and follow-up with long-term prospects by drip marketing or other methods.
  • Nurture and develop prospects which result in actionable leads for the organization.
  • Manage, innovate, evolve, and eventually own the prospecting pipeline (Leads) and advancing the qualified leads to the Sales Executives
  • Own and continue to develop Warriors G2 Program to generate BD Leads.
  • Attend marketing events, job fairs and other customer events as Warriors' Representative.
  • Follow-up on sales leads, including informational requests and call campaigns.
  • Set up sales calls and appointments for the Sales Executive(s).
  • Participate in cold calling campaigns to optimize and increase the pipeline.
  • Use all computer-based software to gather leads and identify new solutions for the company
  • Effectively manage pipeline and utilize tracking software to accurately forecast leads
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis by learning to ask the right questions and listening to the general needs of the prospective customer

 

What you will do:

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet, use their raw natural people skills to identify, qualify and build long-term profitable relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Utilizing your hunter skill mentality, you will build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within designated targeted areas.
  • Work side by side the Director of Business Development to generate revenue using Warriors sales strategy.
  • The successful candidate will be sales-focused, responsive, creative, and proactive, with the ability to analyze customer needs and identify solutions.
  • You will help build simple and complex solutions across all our service lines
  • Create and develop marketing materials and campaigns for constant engagement
