Job Description
Wampold Companies has built a solid reputation of proven performance in property management. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Team!
This onsite maintenance position combines both hands-on technical maintenance and repair responsibilities with specifically delegated work scheduling, inspections, and supervisory duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and train maintenance staff.
- Supervise and assist with repairs, make readies, ordering material, and scheduling sub contractors.
- Scheduling of maintenance staff’s daily and weekly duties and routine maintenance.
- Prepare purchase order requests.
- Control inventory of equipment, supplies and tools.
- Update vendor pricing and monitor quality of products
- Monitor the grounds, common areas, and building with respect of overall maintenance issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must display very good organization and time management skills
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
- Inventory control skills
- Ability to effectively present information and answer questions
- Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks
- Ability to complete the scheduled quantity of work necessary to meet deadlines
- HVAC – EPA Certifications required
- Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repairs, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, basic construction, and grounds/ landscape maintenance.
