Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and order entry.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct interfacing with customers via Phone, Email, Chat, and in person
  • Handle customer inquiries, orders and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Provide accurate and timely follow-up assistance as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to sit for lengthy periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
